ROLE:

The Account Services Coordinator is engaged in all aspects of the digital advertising workflow process, from media planning and concept development for client pitches to coordinating with ad operations, production, and other internal departments to ensure a successful partnership. The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the sponsorship and media sales teams to ideate unique and custom advertising campaigns utilizing all Stadium sports media assets.

Stadium is seeking someone who has experience and a strong understanding of digital media sales, including experience responding to RFPs. Familiarity with digital platforms, the sports media landscape, and experience with campaign management is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (including, but not limited to)

  • Create client/agency pitches and media plans – requires proven experience working with PowerPoint, Excel and the media buying/RFP process
  • Brainstorm with internal departments to create digital sponsorships that are custom for brands
  • Assist sponsorship and media sales teams in identifying key targets through research and data providers such as comScore
  • Collaborate with sales team on campaign projections and strategy
  • Ensure that all incoming orders are processed according to the contractual specifications determined by the Sales, Ad Operations and Finance Departments
  • Work with media specialists to address technical issues that may arise with particular campaigns
  • Conduct digital marketing research and one-off projects as directed by team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in media sales or in a related marketing field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media and online video (including branded content) – understanding of rate types (CPM, CPV, etc.), impressions, and KPIs for basic digital media packages
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms, specifically: paid promotions, video capabilities (native & ad), and analytic dashboards (Facebook and Twitter are a priority)
  • Familiarity with comScore is preferred
  • Experience working in sports related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker in writing and visual communications
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must – we are big on culture fit
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software; Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is not required, but is a plus
