Launched in 2009 with the backing of the ownership of the Chicago White Sox, Silver Chalice has partnered with sports rights-holders to build the next generation of digital sports networks including 120 Sports, Campus Insiders, and the ACC Digital Network. Each of these properties leverages Silver Chalice’s model of high-quality made-for-digital video; digital development; distribution/syndication and digital sponsorship/advertising sales. 

ROLE:

The Client Solutions Coordinator is engaged in all aspects of the digital advertising workflow process, from media planning and concept development for client pitches to coordinating with ad operations, production, and other internal departments to ensure a successful campaign.  The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the sponsorship and media sales teams to ideate unique and custom advertising campaigns utilizing all Silver Chalice sports media assets, maintain constant communication with the client and ensure proper delivery of campaign elements.

Silver Chalice Ventures seeks a self-starter who is diligent and detail oriented with the ability to communicate in an outgoing and professional manner.  A willingness to learn and develop a strong understanding of the digital media sales and partner marketing process is crucial.  Familiarity with digital platforms and experience with campaign management is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Create client / agency pitches and media plans which requires familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel and the media buying/RFP process
  • Assist the sponsorship and media sales team in identifying key targets through research and data providers such as comScore
  • Conduct digital marketing research and one-off projects as directed by team
  • Brainstorm with internal departments to create digital sponsorships that are custom for brands
  • Work with media specialists to address technical issues that may arise with particular campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales team on campaign projections and strategy for select categories
  • Ensure that all incoming orders are processed according to the contractual specifications determined by the Sales, Ad Operations and Finance Departments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 to 2 years relevant experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internet technology and online video
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker in writing and imagery
  • Ability to grasp technical issues and their impact on sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software and is Internet savvy
  • Comfort and experience with a fast-paced working environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must
